Overview

This assignment supports UNDP’s work with the Government of Fiji to strengthen monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) systems for 18 bond-funded public sector projects. The Officer will consolidate monitoring datasets and institutionalize reporting systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collect raw monitoring datasets from 18 projects across Ministries
  • Clean, validate, and standardize datasets
  • Align datasets with the approved MRV matrix
  • Develop standardized reporting templates
  • Establish reporting workflows within Ministries
  • Support the Ministry of Finance to embed reporting systems
  • Build capacity of Ministries to independently generate reports Deliverable: Consolidated and validated dataset, Operational reporting templates adopted across Government
Required Experience

3 years of relevant experience in M&E systems or public sector reporting. Experience with UN/UNDP systems, knowledge of MRV frameworks, and experience in capacity building are desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Monitoring & Evaluation or related field.
