Overview

Provides audiovisual technical support for live multimedia events, townhall events, board meetings, and receptions. Serves as a technical partner to clients and stakeholders by delivering audio, video, lighting, streaming, recording, and broadcasting support services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily room-readiness checks, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and testing for conferences and events.
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and strike conference room and event systems, including microphones, sound reinforcement, digital audio systems, displays, projection systems, cameras, lighting, AV control systems, interpretation support equipment, and collaboration platforms.
  • Support event operations by responding to client calls, monitoring systems, coordinating with event leads, and participating in rehearsals and testing.
  • Verify, test, troubleshoot, and monitor virtual and hybrid meeting connections.
  • Set up and play back presentations and multimedia content.
  • Set up, operate, and optimize audio systems.
  • Set up, play back, stream, record, and monitor content from video and audio sources.
  • Troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, conferencing systems, networked AV devices, and integrated control systems.
  • Provide technical presence during high-profile events, managing changes and coordinating with various teams.
  • Document technical issues, lessons learned, and event support outcomes.
  • Report system anomalies and work with management to resolve them.
Required Experience

7+ years of progressively responsible experience with the setup, operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems in complex conference rooms and event spaces, control rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, theaters, hotels, broadcast environments, or high-profile corporate event venues. Proven experience supporting executive, VIP, hybrid, or mission-critical events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example, in the IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience). AVIXA CTS certification preferred. SAFe, Agile certification highly desirable.
