Overview

The national IT expert will facilitate an advanced training course on modern digital tools for women employees of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training documents including agenda and practical cases covering Microsoft Office applications, data visualization, workflow automation, data security, and office equipment.
Facilitate the advanced training course in Russian, delivering presentations and addressing participant questions.
Prepare a final report in English detailing issues discussed, challenges, conclusions, and recommendations.

Required Experience

Minimum 4 years of professional/working experience in the IT area. Specific experience in delivering and facilitating trainings is a strong asset. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); experience with AI tools and office automation solutions is a strong asset. Strong understanding of data merging, reporting workflows, and productivity optimization tools. Knowledge of relevant international and national standards and best practices in IT and digitalization.

Qualifications

University degree in the fields of IT, digitalization, engineering or other relevant areas.

Professional fluency in Russian.

Languages Preferred

Fluency in English will be an asset.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be based on the selected consultant's/expert's qualifications, experience, the tasks and deliverables for this position and in accordance with the OSCE established rates.
