Adviser on Gender Equality provides expert advice and leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes promoting gender equality and women’s participation in political and public life.
A minimum of seven years (five years with a second-level university) of increasingly responsible related professional experience in gender equality and women’s participation in political life. Experience on international level is required. Proven experience in designing, planning and managing projects that support equal and meaningful participation of women and men in political and public life, gender equality in politics and gender-responsive governance.
First-level university degree in gender studies, social and political science, law, sociology, public administration or other related fields.
