The IPC Nurse will work to strengthen infection prevention and control (IPC) systems and practices in health facilities supported by the IRC. The role involves supporting IPC measure implementation, coaching health workers, and improving adherence to national IPC standards.
At least 2 years of experience as a nurse, primarily in IPC implementation, isolation services, or emergency settings. Demonstrated experience in viral hemorrhagic fever isolation centers, field hospitals, or cholera treatment centers. Experience in implementing IPC practices and improving systems, ideally in a low-resource context. Experience supervising a team for strict adherence to infection control. Previous training or teaching experience.
Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with current registration with the recognized professional body of your country of residence.
