Overview

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is seeking Concept Notes for innovative technology solutions to address the development challenge of reducing the laundry burden on women and the environment. Selected applicants may receive a grant to test their solutions in Cambodia, Nepal, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit a Concept Note (CN) with innovative technology solutions.
  • Propose a proof of concept project to test the solution in Cambodia, Nepal, and Philippines.
  • Register on ADB’s challenges platform system to submit a Concept Note.
  • Fully complete and submit the Concept Note online before 31 August 2026, 12:00 PM (Philippines Time = UTC +8).
