Overview
Support the development and roll-out of international standards and guidance on human trafficking administrative data, and contribute to the production of new evidence-based data.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of international standards and guidance on human trafficking data.
- Support consultative processes with government agencies and NGOs.
- Develop and publish a training curriculum for governments.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating trainings.
- Support the development and expansion of the CTDC.
- Contribute to the development of new content and features.
- Support the production of new knowledge products.
- Contribute to the production of research products and tools.
- Coordinate research cooperation with partners.
- Undertake duty travel, as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Two years of relevant professional experience with a Master’s degree; or four years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in research and data analysis, including quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Experience supporting data-related projects (collection, processing, reporting).
- Experience contributing to knowledge products or research outputs.
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities.
- Experience with human trafficking preferred.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Migration Studies, Economics, International Relations, Law, Development Studies, International Affairs, Political Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or Bachelor’s degree in the above fields.
