Overview
Provide human resources assistance to partner organizations and support administrative operations for the Area-Based Allocation (ABA) Consortium.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR and administrative due diligence assessments of partner organizations.
- Identify organizational strengths, risks, gaps, and compliance issues, and provide recommendations.
- Support partner organizations in strengthening HR and administrative policies, procedures, systems, and practices.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor partner capacity development plans and corrective actions.
- Design and facilitate trainings, workshops, and learning sessions on HR management, administration, compliance, and organizational systems.
- Support partners in implementing agreed corrective actions and monitor progress.
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the ABA Consortium office.
- Coordinate office administration, facilities, supplies, equipment, and administrative records.
- Support the organization of meetings, workshops, trainings, travel arrangements, and events.
- Liaise with relevant DRC support functions to facilitate administrative services.
- Support administrative procurement requests, inventory management, and office logistics.
- Maintain organized administrative documentation and filing systems.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of experience working with international NGOs, UN agencies, donors, or government institutions in partnership management and previous background in Human Resource and Administrative role.
Qualifications
University degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or Social Science (Psychology) degree specializing in Human Resources or equivalent professional qualification.
