Overview
The Programme Assistant (IOC) position is responsible for coordinating and performing office support, administrative, and management support tasks to ensure the efficient organization and delivery of programme activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on programme activities, including monitoring programme budgets and finances.
- Provide support to event and travel planning and management.
- Manage programme procurement and contractual requirements.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the programme.
Required Experience
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in programme administrative assistance.
Qualifications
Secondary, technical or vocational school.
