Overview

Provide specialized operational and technical support to WFP Ukraine’s resilience and self-reliance portfolio, targeting residents and internally displaced persons in the Odesa Area of Responsibility.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the roll-out of resilience and self-reliance livelihood projects, including providing technical support, coordinating monitoring, and supporting the operationalization of grant schemes.
  • Support AgriHub monitoring, missions, and stakeholder liaison, including evaluation of grant effectiveness and training activities.
  • Perform other related tasks such as coordinating monthly cycle management for beneficiary transfers and contributing to programme impact analysis.
Required Experience

Six or more years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in programme, with a focus on Resilience, Livelihoods or similar activities. Post-secondary education can compensate for some years of experience. For example, three (3) years of work experience in combination with a Master’s Degree; Four (4) years of work experience in combination with a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary degree in Agriculture, international relations, political/social science, security management, business administration, economics or management is an advantage.
