The Registration Associate supports the Registration and Identity Management Officer in ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality registration processes. The role involves managing complex cases, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and upholding data protection standards.
3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher. Good computer skills, particularly in data management. Field experience and familiarity with humanitarian contexts are highly desirable. Proven experience in managing PRIMES applications. Strong leadership capabilities, coordination skills. Strong interviewing and drafting skills. Experience in planning, organizing, and reporting on registration activities. Prior experience in conducting training to UNHCR staff and/or partners on UNHCR Tools/systems would be an advantage. Proven analytical skills and ability to process large sets of data and information.
