Overview
The consultant will provide technical, pedagogical, and organizational support for the "Foundations of Disability-Inclusive Education Sector Planning" course, ensuring smooth functioning and participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload announcements and draft messages in three languages.
- Provide technical assistance for live sessions and answer participant questions.
- Administer Q&A and Technical Assistance forums.
- Monitor and update participant activity completion and grades.
- Follow up with participants with disabilities.
- Prepare weekly status reports and draft post-course evaluation reports.
- Review Portuguese-language materials for the CoP-DIESP platform.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in online learning or capacity development projects.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing multilingual communication and participant support in international training programs.
- Proven experience designing, facilitating, or supporting online and blended learning programs.
- Experience working with international organizations (UN agencies, NGOs, or similar).
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Education, Social Sciences, International Development, or related field.
