A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience required. A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible work experience in human resources is highly desirable. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is an asset. Experience supporting organizational change, culture transformation, or change management initiatives is desirable. Experience providing strategic support and guidance to supervisors and managers on people management matters is desirable. Experience in the design and implementation of staff wellbeing initiatives is desirable.
Completion of secondary education is required. A completed bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience. A completed master’s degree may replace an additional two years. Technical or university courses in the field of Human Resources are considered an asset.
