Consultant to support the implementation of activities aimed at strengthening emergency preparedness and response for SRMNCH services and strengthening service delivery mechanisms to ensure continuous access to quality healthcare in the West Bank.
10 years of experience in SRMNCH programming in West Bank and familiarity with SRMNCH service delivery, procurement processes, and healthcare infrastructure. Proven experience in conducting assessments, evaluations, or research in health systems, particularly in conflict-affected areas. Knowledge of procedures, reporting requirements and ethical practices of the UN system.
Essential: Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Systems, or a related field. First level university degree in medicine, nursing, midwifery or health sciences. Desirable: Postgraduate training in reproductive health, obstetrics & gynecology, midwifery or child health.
