Develop the National Multi-Sectoral Adolescent Health and Well-being Programme (NM-AHWP) 2026/27–2030/31 through phases including inception and planning, national stakeholder consultation, development of the programme, technical review, and a validation workshop.
At least 15 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in national policy and programme development. Experience leading multi-sectoral consultations. Experience developing national strategies, programmes or frameworks. Experience working with Government of Tanzania and UN agencies is key.
Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Public Health, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Education, Health Systems or related discipline.
