Overview
The Operations Analyst will support the advisory team in business development and implementation of projects with financial institutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development by structuring and developing presentations and technical proposals for potential advisory projects.
- Assist in preparatory activities for originating and launching projects, including defining project activities, scope of work, implementation plans, research and analysis of the financial sector, drafting budgets, and designing indicators/targets.
- Conduct market intelligence, including mapping of fintech, bigtech, and digital banking ecosystems, benchmarking of open and embedded finance use cases, and identification of digital transformation opportunities.
- Support project leaders in advisory project implementation and client management activities.
- Elaborate project workplans and project deliverables, organize missions, conduct research and analysis of client information and databases.
- Analyze and synthesize client information, elaborate quantitative analysis, analyze financial statements, and develop presentations for clients and project supervision reports.
- Support digital diagnostics of client institutions, contribute to the design and monitoring of digital transformation roadmaps and use cases, and leverage data analysis tools to extract insights.
Required Experience
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience working in management consulting with financial institutions, in development finance, or in the financial sector. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; strong candidates pursuing the last academic cycle will also be considered.
