Overview

Lead the Mass Fundraising workstream for the Individual Giving programme, overseeing the integration of Single Giving and Regular Giving to drive sustainable growth and manage a multi-channel programme.


Key Responsibilities
  • Head up the unified Mass Fundraising workstream, integrating Single Giving and Regular Giving.
  • Guide the integration of SG and RG planning for a consolidated omnichannel marketing programme.
  • Submit Mass Fundraising annual forecasts and monitor income against targets.
  • Track essential metrics and share monthly reports.
  • Develop the Regular Giving Fundraising strategy, focusing on retention, conversion, and value increase.
  • Develop the Mid-Value Mass Fundraising strategy and oversee implementation of donor journeys.
  • Line manage a sub-team of at least three to deliver income targets.
  • Oversee the delivery and optimisation of all SG and RG BAU activities across existing channels.
  • Scope and implement new channels such as direct mail and SMS.
  • Oversee donor journeys, including welcome, conversion, upgrade, reactivation, and pathways into mid value.
  • Expand BAU programmes into new languages and markets.
  • Identify and implement new market opportunities, such as Gift Aid in the UK.
  • Gather engaging content from the field.
  • Lead the adoption and optimisation of Salesforce for Mass Fundraising.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the Salesforce migration.
  • Establish clear processes, documentation, and training for Salesforce adoption.
  • Manage stakeholders, including Telemarketing agencies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across IG, PSP, and global teams.
  • Engage with external peers and sector networks.
  • Stay abreast of sector trends and bring relevant learnings to the team.
  • Collaborate with Major Giving team on mass marketing Legacy outreach opportunities.
Required Experience

8+ years' work experience leading fundraising programmes, handling multichannel campaigns and managing multiple line reports. Experience within donor development programmes. Track record of delivering fundraising programmes that deliver seven figure income totals. Interest of international development and humanitarian work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
