Overview
Provides daily administrative support for the Executive Directorate Partnerships and Planning and its Executive Office to ensure smooth administrative running. The role involves administrative assistance, handling requests from the Secretary General's Cabinet, and backing up the Executive Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative support and follow-up on transversal files within the Executive Directorate Partnerships and Planning.
- Act as a central secretarial liaison point between the EDPP Executive Office and the Directorate's departments.
- Ensure correct execution of administrative processes and provide guidance and training to secretaries.
- Manage administrative relations and handle requests from the Secretary General's Cabinet addressed to the Directorate.
- Provide usual office support duties and administrative assistance to the EDPP Executive Office and the Executive Director.
- Replace the Executive Administrative Assistant in their absence, providing full secretarial and administrative support.
Required Experience
At least three years’ experience in administrative support or similar posts. Five years’ experience in administrative support area is required if the required level of education is not met. Experience within an international environment would be an asset.
Qualifications
At least two years’ University education in a relevant area (e.g. administrative, business support, etc.)
