Overview
Seeking a Project Officer to provide frontline support to a multi-year health project, focusing on strengthening local health systems and improving access to quality healthcare for vulnerable communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with project specialists to deliver quality and technically sound activities at the community level.
- Lead community-level participatory situational analyses and consultations.
- Mobilize the participation of diverse stakeholders.
- Design and facilitate capacity-building activities.
- Facilitate local participation in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of health interventions.
- Prepare comprehensive community-level reports.
- Support emergency response activities as required.
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing programs at the community level, with at least 2 years specifically in health-related projects/programs.
Qualifications
University degree in a health-related discipline (Public Health, Nursing, etc.), Social Work, Community Development, Social Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
