Overview
Lead the Centre for Cybersecurity's Cyber and AI Initiative and shape the broader Cyber Frontiers agenda, focusing on emerging technologies and their cybersecurity implications.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction, priorities, and work programme for the Cyber and AI Initiative.
- Build and convene the initiative community of senior executives and experts.
- Design and oversee community engagement, including workshops, working groups, and events.
- Lead the development of content, publications, frameworks, and thought leadership outputs.
- Manage relationships with strategic and supporting partners.
- Coordinate project teams, including Forum employees and Fellows.
- Ensure collaboration with the Centre for AI Excellence on security and digital safety.
- Identify emerging cybersecurity challenges and opportunities from frontier technologies.
- Scope and develop new activities for the Cyber Frontiers agenda.
- Monitor developments in technology governance and support policy engagement.
- Serve as subject matter expert on cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate across the Forum to embed cybersecurity in technology initiatives.
- Develop technology-oriented engagement.
- Monitor industry developments in advanced technology and cybersecurity.
- Identify potential Innovators.
- Engage key academics at the intersection of security and technology.
Required Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, technology policy or a related field.
- Experience leading international, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving business, government and academia.
- Track record of developing high-quality publications, executive content or strategic insights.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional teams.
