Overview

The role is responsible for orchestrating strategic relationships with senior executives from Partner companies in the technology, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to guide impactful engagement in the Forum’s initiatives and communities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior partnership sponsors.
  • Develop industry and company intelligence, producing executive briefings and insights.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align partner priorities with the Forum’s mission and global agenda.
  • Identify and orchestrate executive engagement opportunities.
  • Continuously assess partnership health, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of Partner updates and engagement in Salesforce.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Forum’s Centres and regional teams.
  • Contribute to the professionalization of account management through knowledge sharing, process improvement, and adoption of digital tools.
Required Experience

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in account management, consulting, or client-facing roles, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.

Remuneration
The annual salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000 in New York.
