Provide technical, operational, and administrative support to the Education Programme, contributing to the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of education initiatives.
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in programme planning and management is required. This should include experience in implementing skills development initiatives for vulnerable young people and/or alternative learning programmes for out-of-school adolescents to enhance their employability, productivity and work-readiness. Experience in working with or coordinating programmes involving the Department of Education and/or the National Youth Commission is required. Experience in supporting partnerships with civil society organizations (CSOs), including programme monitoring and financial management, is required. Experience in developing, drafting, editing and presenting programme and communication materials for a variety of audiences is required.
A university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Education, Development Studies, Development Communication, Sociology, or another relevant technical field is required. An advanced degree in a relevant field is an asset. An advanced degree with specialization in youth development or non-formal learning/alternative learning delivery modalities would be an advantage.
