The role involves administering and processing transactions related to the individual consultant contracting cycle, including submissions to the Contracts Review Committee, reviewing Terms of References, supporting sourcing and selections, preparing offers, and issuing contracts.
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in administration, procurement, human resources or finance is required, preferably with the UN or other international organization is required. A completed BA degree from an accredited institution qualifies as 3 years experience and will be counted towards the minimum work experience requirement. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience is required for candidates holding bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. Master’s degree will be considered additional two years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in planning, organizing and delivering administrative support services is highly desirable. Proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive communication and information is desirable. Proven ability to organize and prioritize is desirable. Work experience in a shared services center context is an asset.
Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in administration, procurement, human resources, finance or related to the work of the organization is required.
