The Associate Programme Officer will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of programme activities and events, including stakeholder engagement and research.

Required Experience

Relevant professional experience in the thematic area of choice and providing operational, administrative, or project support is highly desirable. Experience working with international organizations in a similar function is an advantage. Experience organising, supporting and running events; training and facilitation is a strong asset.

Qualifications

University degree from an accredited academic institution

Languages Required
Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Languages Preferred
Proficiency in one or more official languages of Bali Process Member States is an asset.
Contract Duration
until 31 December 2026
Work Modality
minimum 3 days per week office-based work *subject to change*
Remuneration
The starting salary of USD $1,590 will be paid monthly. Salary increases occur in line with the ‘RSO Personnel – Classification and Salary’ Guidelines.
