Overview
Provide essential technical support for the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities and identifying technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Premises and Maintenance Supervisor on on-going maintenance activities and propose improvements.
- Maintain and perform to repair electricity network of the delegation and residences.
- Repair electrical devices.
- Check and service all the transformers in the delegation as well as in the residences.
- Repair and fit household electrical equipment.
- Maintain and perform to repair water supply system of the delegation and residences.
- Check and repair air-con accessories.
- Make inventory list for delegation offices and residences and stock and balance of the maintenance properties.
- Assist supervisor daily worker and external team to finish the jobs in due time.
Required Experience
- 2-5 years of work experience in a similar field.
- Similar work experience desirable.
- Previous ICRC experience and other NGOs or international organizations are also strong assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or A diploma or associate degree in engineering, electronics, mechanics, civil.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Basic team management skills and good communication skills.
- Good physical condition.
