Overview
The internship supports the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Section with administrative coordination, data management, and stakeholder communication related to ERP-enabled business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to ERP initiatives.
- Respond to routine requests for information and assistance from internal stakeholders.
- Support with maintaining organized filing, tracking systems and support document archiving.
- Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness in support of ERP role-mapping and access management processes.
- Support with ensuring proper classification, filing, and storage of documents and records.
- Support with drafting routine correspondence and liaising with other sections to gather and consolidate information.
- Take minutes during meetings, summarize key decisions and actions, and ensure timely circulation.
- Support the maintenance of dashboards and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.
- Compile information and contribute to the preparation of periodic reports and draft PowerPoint presentations.
- Update and maintain content on the ERPMS intranet page.
- Support with performance of other related duties as required.
- Assist in building and maintaining Power Apps applications connected to Microsoft Dataverse.
- Support data entry, manipulation, and management within Dataverse tables and environments.
- Help configure forms, views, and basic business rules within the Power Apps platform.
- Collaborate with the team to test and troubleshoot app functionality and data workflows.
- Learn and apply best practices for data modelling and app development within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Required Experience
No prior professional work experience is required for this internship. However, familiarity with data management, process analysis, administrative support, or information systems is considered an asset.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent). Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or other related fields, with knowledge of digital transformation, data management, and administrative support considered desirable. Desirable technical competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as exposure to data entry, basic reporting tools, and introductory use of AI-enabled applications to support administrative or analytical tasks.
