Overview
Provide technical support to UNICEF in Recife for the implementation of the UAPI methodology, focusing on strengthening municipal teams and analyzing indicators to improve early childhood service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the UNICEF team in Recife in implementing the UAPI methodology, ensuring the integration of health, education, and social services.
- Support UNICEF team in regular technical meetings with municipal secretariats and local scientific committees.
- Conduct structured field missions to UAPI participating units in Recife.
- Support the application of the methodology and monitoring tools.
- Support the structuring of an integrated training calendar.
- Produce periodic progress reports.
Required Experience
Experience in implementing the UAPI methodology, strengthening professional capacity and results-based management, analyzing indicators, and understanding territorial dynamics.
