Perform accounting, financial control, and oversight functions supporting ADB's global network of field offices. This includes maintaining and analyzing accounting records, ensuring compliance with policies, and preparing reports.
At least 5 years' work experience in auditing or accounting in financial institutions. Experience with accounting practices and systems and general policies, procedures, guidelines and reporting requirements prevalent in a multilateral institution. Knowledge of internal control concepts and business processes. Understanding of general accounting principles (United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles/International Financial Reporting Standards), and their application. Demonstrated experience collaborating in cross-cultural and diverse teams. Proficiency in ADB standard and similar software programs used by multilateral development banks.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
