Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of $3,000,000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last five (5) years. Contracts of Similar Size and Nature: Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least two (2) contracts that have been satisfactorily completed within the last five (5) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds $3,200,000. Construction Experience in Key Activities: 1. Experience in construction of minimum 3 wet well pumping stations with a minimum capacity of 140KW each completed within the last five (5) years. 2. Experience in construction of gravity sewers and pressure mains collectors of a minimum diameter of 600 mm completed within the last five (5) years.
