Overview
To adapt and contextualise the EduTech Lab Institutionalisation Guide to serve as a practical operational manual for schools, local education authorities, and relevant partners, ensuring alignment with the national education context, policy, and regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a structured review of the draft guide and map it against national education policies, regulations, and practices, preparing summary notes with recommendations.
- Adapt and restructure the guide based on recommendations, ensuring alignment with national policies, regulations, school governance, quality assurance, reporting, and financing mechanisms.
- Ensure activities described are compatible with national education frameworks, school practices, and capacities, refining language, structure, and format for clarity and user-friendliness.
- Support consultation and validation of the adapted guide with relevant stakeholders, including developing an engagement approach, preparing materials, facilitating consultations, and documenting feedback.
- Finalise the guide in Romanian and prepare a concise summary activity report in English.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the national education sector covering education policy, governance, and management.
- Proven experience working with national education legislation, policy development, or educational reform processes.
- Proven experience developing or reviewing methodological guides, regulations, frameworks, or policy documents for the education sector.
- Relevant experience working with Governmental institutions, international organizations, UN agencies, NGOs, and/or development partners is required.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in Education, Education Policy, Educational Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
