The consultant will provide strategic and technical expertise to support the sustainability, institutionalization, and scale-up of the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) system in Bulgaria.
Minimum five years experience of progressively responsible professional experience in early childhood development, early childhood intervention, disability inclusion, education, health, social services or related fields. Experience in policy development, systems strengthening, institutional development or service reform processes. Experience working with national and local government institutions, municipalities, academia and professional organizations. Experience in development of strategic, methodological or technical resources. Demonstrated experience in development, implementation, evaluation or institutionalization of Early Childhood Intervention services, programmes or moduls. Development of national strategies, roadmaps or policy frameworks.
Master’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Intervention, Public Management and Policy
