Overview
Provide technical assistance to develop a Road Map for establishing a primary teacher Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Management Information System (MIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a situational analysis including desk reviews and consultations.
- Map existing primary teacher CPD programmes and M&E work.
- Overview associated MIS platforms and explore integration approaches.
- Develop a clear Road Map for the CPD MIS, including concept, scope, implementation steps, costs, roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
Required Experience
At least 8 years of professional work experience in teacher education, education M&E, and education data management.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in education / teacher education, education data management, or other relevant field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a specific academic degree.
