Overview

The intern will support the implementation of IPF activities in communities, including awareness sessions, workshops, and children's activities. They will also assist with logistics, data collection, reporting, capacity building, and partnership development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate directly in planned community activities (awareness sessions, workshops, children's activities).
  • Assist with logistics (prepare venues, mobilize participants, distribute materials).
  • Ensure activities adhere to World Vision standards and guidelines.
  • Collect field data (participant numbers, feedback, photos, attendance lists).
  • Contribute to monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
  • Assist with data entry into internal systems.
  • Support training for volunteers and local partners (prepare materials, co-facilitate, answer questions).
  • Accompany community actors to help them apply learned methods and techniques.
  • Contribute to strengthening project understanding and encouraging vulnerable child inclusion.
  • Participate in preparing meetings between program components.
  • Assist in documenting discussions and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to identifying collaboration opportunities and strengthening World Vision's visibility.
  • Report protection incidents related to adults and children.
  • Support the implementation of protection incident preparedness plans.
