Overview

Support and assist the AMARA Project Officer in the implementation and achievement of project objectives related to cervical and breast cancer and sexual and reproductive health and rights. The role is responsible for administrative coordination and strategic communication to ensure successful project implementation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and design of the project in line with CS5, M&E framework, budget plans, and communications strategy.
  • Develop and submit a consolidated detailed implementation plan (DIP).
  • Ensure timely implementation of all project activities.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and supervise communities on activity implementation.
  • Support development and implementation of scaling up and sustainability strategies.
  • Ensure project data collection and verification.
  • Conduct day-to-day monitoring and facilitate stakeholder coordination.
  • Maintain positive communication with Project Officer and Program Dept.
  • Monitor project indicators progress and expenditure.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for internal use.
  • Collaborate with communications team to implement communications strategy and advocacy.
  • Develop and implement project influencing strategy at community level.
  • Establish external networks to strengthen project implementation and scale up.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with partners and review reports/indicators.
  • Facilitate learning processes at district and provincial level.
  • Develop project documentation showing learning and best practices.
  • Seek innovation and implement improved learning practices.
  • Support preparation of administration and financial support documents.
  • Oversee and administer day-to-day project activities according to Plan International Indonesia policies.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Carry out safeguarding, PSHEA, and GEDSI principles in all project processes.
  • Commit to building professionalism, a culture of protection, and reporting violence.
  • Participate in induction and refresher training on safeguarding, PSHEA, and GEDSI.
Required Experience

At least 2 years of experience working on community particularly on public health thematic. Experience in working with young people. Experience of managing project day to day implementation, delivering on obligations and a good awareness of project requirements and priorities. Skill in a diversity of partnerships, NGOs, research and government. Has cross-cultural skills and a demonstrated ability to influence change without direct authority, and to work successfully with farmers and professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Public Health/Social Welfare/Community Development/others relevant field.
