The Assistant Treasurer role is responsible for designing and leading the division's strategy, annual work plans, and operations, aligning funding activities with ADB's development mission and ensuring effective resource management, compliance, and high-quality team performance.
At least 15 years of relevant international experience in debt capital markets, with sound knowledge of the structure and functioning, underwriting, distribution and trading of fixed income securities across G10 currencies, structured products across markets and currencies, structuring and execution of derivatives; International Capital Market Association Green/Social Bond Principles/thematic bonds, treasury risk management concepts, investment practices and asset preferences of institutional investors and fund managers, and financial mathematics. Proven senior management and leadership qualities. International experience working in several countries.
Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; or University degree combined with at least 15 years' specialized experience relevant to the position may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
