Overview
This role involves managing a portfolio of debt and guarantees transactions, focusing on credit risk management and client relationships within various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare credit monitoring reports.
- Monitor client adherence to reporting obligations and compliance with finance documents.
- Lead processing of disbursement requests and verify compliance with conditions.
- Ensure completeness and maintenance of databases for legal, financial, and security documents.
- Monitor development effectiveness and environmental/social management compliance.
- Contribute to planning and budget exercises and participate in special initiatives.
Required Experience
At least 8 years work experience in corporate finance and/or project finance, including in leading financial institutions. Experience with large Thai energy sector clients is beneficial.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related fields, preferably with advance training.
