- Support Shop Teams with the resourcing and engagement of volunteers.
- Grow the number of volunteers who support our shops by understanding individual their needs, increasing visibility of local volunteering opportunities and recognising the value and impact of volunteering.
- Support the development and delivery of a volunteer strategy through individual shop plans.
- Build strong external partnerships.
Required Experience
- Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships for professional purposes.
- Experienced in volunteer resourcing and/or management preferably gained in the charity sector.
- Experience in the delivery of successful volunteer recruitment drives.
