Overview
Support UN Women in annual reporting, data analysis, digital platforms, strategic foresight, and results communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual reporting processes, including communication, capacity-building activities and user support.
- Assist in updating annual reporting guidance, FAQs, templates and reference materials.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback documentation for the annual reporting module within PRISM.
- Assist in maintaining and validating corporate reporting datasets.
- Support the synthesis and communication of key results and performance insights.
- Contribute to innovative and AI-enabled approaches to strengthen reporting.
- Support the maintenance and continuous enhancement of the UN Women Transparency Portal.
- Assist with updating annual reporting content through the Content Management System (CMS) and data uploads.
- Support quality assurance, testing and documentation of new portal features.
- Contribute to presentations, guidance materials, training resources and communication products related to the Transparency Portal.
- Support strategic foresight initiatives, including socialization sessions, learning events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of external-facing foresight materials and communications.
- Assist in maintaining foresight-related intranet resources and communication products.
Required Experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Problem-solver, proactive mindset
- Prior knowledge of Results Based Management desirable
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
- Experience developing PowerBI dashboards
- Interest in strategic foresight and digital transformation
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital knowledge platforms is an asset
Qualifications
- University studies in one of the following disciplines: data science, statistics, international development, data communications, foresight or a related field.
- Meet one of the following:
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent);
- Have graduated with a university degree and, if selected, must commence the internship within a two-year period of graduation; or
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program which is part of a degree programme and undertake the internship as part of the program requirements.
