The role of an Intake Officer is to support investigative activities into allegations of misconduct by World Bank Group staff. The incumbent will be responsible for the initial assessment of these allegations with professionalism and discretion.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience conducting administrative fraud and/or workplace misconduct investigations, with comprehensive knowledge, skills, and abilities regarding strategies, methodologies, and techniques. Knowledge about investigatory best practices in relevant international public organizations is desirable. Experience with data work and case management systems.
A master’s degree, or equivalent in criminology, criminal justice, accounting, analytics, or another relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
