Develop a strategy to reinforce UNICEF WASH positioning in the Caribbean, clarifying UNICEF's value as a technical and convening partner.
At least 10 years of experience in WASH sector strategy, systems strengthening, sanitation, climate resilience or sector reform; Demonstrated experience in human capital development, training systems, institutional capacity development or workforce planning; Strong knowledge of sanitation systems, fecal sludge management, WASH financing and climate-resilient infrastructure.
Master’s degree in WASH, public health, environmental engineering, climate resilience, public policy, education/capacity development or related field
