Overview
Provides administrative support and oversees information management, acting as a reference person for information management risk mitigation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follows up on active monitoring of information security practices.
- Develops and monitors access policy.
- Manages and monitors collaborative spaces and databases.
- Ensures transfer of information using correct platforms.
- Performs assessment on the use of non-ICRC tools.
- Monitors the functional mailbox and distributes messages.
- Organizes, supervises, and manages the use of collaborative tools and databases.
- Updates general information in reference tools.
- Acts as access manager and possibly account manager.
- Drafts and finalizes correspondence, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Briefs new staff and trains users on information management rules and procedures.
- Keeps knowledge and skills up to date on ICRC Information Management tools and digital solutions.
- Assists with visits to SubDelegations to check needs, challenges, and provide training.
Required Experience
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in assisting high level professionals preferably within an international organization, NGO, or multinational environment and 2 years of experience in user support, training, and capacity building.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management or a related field.
