Overview

Ensure the FINIS ERP solution aligns with MSF OCBA finance processes and operational needs, supporting effective implementation and adoption in the Field. The role contributes to successful system deployment, process standardization, and improved financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and design finance processes at Field level (As-Is and To-Be).
Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, IT, and external partners.
Identify and resolve functional system issues.
Conduct and validate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support training delivery and development of learning materials.
Oversee data migration activities.
Maintain functional documentation.
Promote project engagement by acting as an ERP ambassador.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting management within MSF OCBA missions as ACMA, FinCo, Accounting MIO, controller, etc. Proven experience in finance operations, including accounting, treasury and financial reporting. Experience using finance systems and tools, such as SAP, FFC or equivalent. Experience in ERP implementation projects, business analysis within digital or IT projects, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance will be considered strong assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages Required

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Languages Preferred

Knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be considered an asset.

Contract Duration

Temporary, until June 2028.

Remuneration

For level HQ-3A positions and if the role is based in one of our offices in Spain, the salary will be at €37,346.55. If the role is finally located at one of the OCBA regional hubs, compensation will be subject to the local pay scale applicable to that hub.
