Provide strategic advisory, policy guidance, technical leadership, and high-level coordination support to the Minister and senior management of the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs to strengthen the national social and child protection system.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in managing social protection interventions in the public sector. Demonstrated expertise in navigating political economies and presenting rights-based agendas in diplomatic contexts. Relevant experience in negotiating policy processes and high level engagements on national and international platforms.
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in social studies, economics, law, public administration or related fields.
