Technical business analysis and Agile delivery support - HQA (Local)

Overview

Provide technical business analysis and Agile delivery support for the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, the EMR vendor, and internal teams to ensure successful system delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, clinical, and functional requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and Fit-Gap assessments.
• Develop functional specifications and other product documentation.
• Support Agile delivery, product backlog management, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate business validation activities, including SIT and UAT.
• Facilitate the resolution of functional issues.
• Review solution designs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor activities and review vendor deliverables.
• Support integration and data migration analysis and documentation.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Coordinate and support various testing phases.
• Record, classify, prioritize, and track defects.
• Support implementation, training, and user adoption activities.
• Collaborate on user experience and usability.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Required Experience

Minimum seven (6) years of relevant professional experience, including technical business analysis, digital transformation, software implementation, or information systems projects. Demonstrated hands-on experience across the system development lifecycle. Strong practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and product backlog management. Proven experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and test cases. Experience facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives. Experience coordinating vendors and reviewing vendor deliverables against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria. Practical experience in system testing, defect management, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing. Experience with system integrations, APIs, data mapping, or data migration is highly desirable. Experience in EMR, healthcare information systems, or other complex enterprise systems is strongly preferred. Experience preparing management reports, project documentation, presentations, and governance materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, health informatics, business information technology, or a related field. Professional certification in business analysis, Agile/Scrum, product ownership, project management, or software testing is highly desirable. Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, PMI-PBA, CBAP, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification would be an asset.
