Support implementation of the programme through programme planning, coordination, technical support, implementation, monitoring, quality assurance, reporting, capacity development, and institutional support.
Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience in WASH programmes in general and including at least 3 years of experience in the construction or supervision of water supply and institutional sanitation construction works. Proven experience in water supply and WASH in institutions projects
A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, Hydrogeology, or related field
