Overview

The HR Assistant will perform various human resources management tasks to facilitate the rigorous implementation of policies and procedures and contribute to the efficiency of HR services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to general HR questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide on-the-job guidance and training to staff on HR systems and procedures.
  • Liaise with other units on HR matters such as payroll and contracts.
  • Collect and compile data on recruitment, contractual conditions, benefits, and training.
  • Provide administrative support for HR activities, including onboarding.
  • Manage confidential personnel files and HR databases.
  • Draft HR-related documents such as employment contracts and transfer letters.
  • Utilize HR management systems to enter and update data.
  • Assist with staff deployment and related administrative measures.
  • Perform other tasks within the scope of competence.
Required Experience

At least five years of experience in personnel administration, recruitment, or another HR-related field. A strong client orientation and a demonstrated ability to provide responsive, empathetic, and high-quality HR services are required.

Qualifications

Completion of secondary education (Baccalaureate diploma). A post-secondary certificate in the relevant functional area is desirable.
