Overview
The Regional Engagement Analyst serves as a focal point for ITSCE Solutions, supporting stakeholder engagement, solution awareness, and adoption across portfolios to address operational challenges and support development outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Regional Operations Studio and act as an ambassador for ITSOE products, advisory services, and innovation initiatives.
- Coordinate Studio activities, ensuring country teams are welcomed, oriented, and connected to appropriate ITSOE products, advisory services, and subject matter experts.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, co-design sessions, and engagement activities involving country teams, OPCS, and ITSOE specialists.
- Capture and qualify operational needs, technology challenges, and business opportunities and connect stakeholders to the appropriate product, service, or advisory pathway.
- Lead outreach, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities to expand awareness, participation, and adoption of the Regional Operations Studio.
- Build and maintain relationships with country teams, Regional teams, Global Practices, OPCS, and other stakeholders to strengthen regional engagement and utilization of ITSOE services.
- Monitor engagement outcomes and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the Studio experience and operational impact.
- Act as a regional engagement and promotion focal point for the ITSCE Geospatial Solutions portfolio, working closely with product owners and geospatial specialists to identify and advance opportunities with country teams, Regional teams, and Global Practices.
- Promote awareness and adoption of geospatial products, services, and advisory capabilities through demonstrations, clinics, roadshows, and targeted outreach activities.
- Maintain working knowledge of the ITSCE geospatial portfolio, including project geo-tagging, mapping solutions, imagery-enabled applications, and digital twin use cases, and communicate their operational value in accessible language.
- Identify operational challenges that may benefit from geospatial approaches and connect stakeholders with the appropriate product owners, advisors, and technical specialists.
- Support the development of presentations, communication materials, demonstrations, and map-based narratives that showcase how geospatial insights can strengthen project design, implementation, monitoring, and decision-making.
Required Experience
- Master's degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with digital twins and their potential role in planning, infrastructure management, urban development, asset management, project monitoring, and operational decision-making is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with satellite imagery, remote sensing, drone imagery, or imagery-enabled operational workflows would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with WBG operational workflows, including country engagement, mission support, project preparation, supervision, procurement, and portfolio management, is highly desirable.
- Experience organizing or supporting outreach activities, roadshows, clinics, demonstrations, workshops, conferences, communities of practice, or similar engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
- Experience within the World Bank Group, multilateral development banks, international development organizations, or similarly complex global institutions would be an advantage.
