Provide integrated enterprise advisory services to support sustainable improvements in labour compliance, enterprise performance, productivity, competitiveness, and responsible business practices.
At least two years of professional experience in enterprise development, social dialogue and industrial relations, labour standards compliance, productivity improvement, capacity building in the private sector, adult education, industrial or manufacturing engineering, human resource management, responsible business conduct, occupational safety and health, sustainable enterprise development, or related fields. Experience working with enterprises in the manufacturing sector, particularly in the garment, textile, leather, coffee, or horticulture value chains, would be an advantage. Experience in enterprise advisory services, workplace cooperation, productivity improvement, industrial relations, or labour standards compliance is highly desirable. Experience in industrial relations and building of social dialogue between management and worker representatives at the workplace would be an advantage. Familiarity with Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) would be an advantage. Familiarity with SCORE, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement approaches would be an asset.
An internationally recognized university degree in human resource management, OSH, industrial engineering, manufacturing or production engineering, business administration, international development, economics, labour relations, law, adult education, organizational development, enterprise development, or another relevant field.
