Overview
The consultant will evaluate and certify compliance with IOM standard regulations and procedures for service and supply procurement processes, as well as those undertaken by project partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and certify compliance with IOM standard regulations and procedures for service and supply procurement processes.
- Evaluate and certify compliance of service and supply procurement procedures undertaken by project partners (ANCI and Cittalia) in accordance with AMIF 2021–2027 Eligibility and Reporting Rules Manual and Grant Agreement.
- Submit first interim report in Italian by 30 October 2026 for F.A.S.T.E.R project.
- Submit second interim report in Italian by 15 May 2027 for F.A.S.T.E.R project.
- Submit third interim report in Italian by 30 October 2026 for RI.VOL.A.RE in RE.TE project.
- Submit final report in Italian by 15 August 2027 for RI.VOL.A.RE in RE.TE project.
- Produce n. 2 certificate opinions for RI.VOL.A.RE in RE.TE project to be attached to IOM payment periodical requests and final report.
- Produce n. 2 certificate opinions for F.A.S.T.E.R. project to be attached to IOM payment periodical requests.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of working experience as a qualified lawyer registered as practitioner to the relevant Bar.
