Overview
Support the Centre's strategy and operations team by managing community engagement, communications, and operations to strengthen engagement with global and regional institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of Centre events, including logistics, invitations and follow-up communications
- Support the Centre's Chief Financial Officers Community, including maintaining community records, researching priorities, and drafting agendas
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis tracking engagement metrics and impact across the Centre's stakeholders
- Produce partner-facing materials, including newsletters, event overviews and invitations, as well as materials for internal colleagues across teams
- Draft talking points, social media kits, media-facing content, and other materials to advance the Centre's messaging
- Contribute to the Centre's digital presence, including website content, social media and other channels
- Support research for the team's projects, including community engagement research, note-taking, and Centre initiatives
- Support the coordination of Centre budgets, contracts and vendor logistics, working closely with the Centre Coordinator
- Co-own the Centre's Salesforce database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of the community and partners
- Maintain internal knowledge tools and team records
Required Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in community management, communications or partner engagement, ideally within a global or multi-stakeholder environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/database management tools is an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, international relations, marketing or a related field.
